The guy was able to fit me in within the week. I showed up late and offered to buy him a coffee for wasting his time, he asked for a review instead. I had two dents from someone carelessly dropping their heavy luggage onto my door frame, one was a spot, the other a line. They were small, but annoyed me greatly. They were also in structural area so he could only access it from one side. He warned me of this but also said if he couldn't fix it, there'd be no charge, which I thought was more then fair.
