I want to take a quick minute to give high praise to Precision Decks and their focus on the long term quality of their product. Precision Decks built our deck in 2015 and it was a great experience working with them, and we have had many years of great use of this deck. It's easy to give a 5 star review when everything goes well. The real test is if there is a hiccup and how it is resolved. We had a minor incident which could have become a problem. It was corrected quickly and professionally

Chris was personable, very knowledgeable about our options and the process, and came up with ideas we hadn’t even thought of.
