Working with the Precision Decks team has been a great experience. During the design phase, Michael was instrumental in presenting various options for selection. He patiently guided us through the cost analysis, ensuring we fully understood the impact of any changes. Throughout the implementation, Kyle provided daily updates to keep me well-informed about the progress and any alterations to the plan. Overall, they demonstrated exceptional professionalism, and I am thrilled with my beautiful new deck.
I want to take a quick minute to give high praise to Precision Decks and their focus on the long term quality of their product. Precision Decks built our deck in 2015 and it was a great experience working with them, and we have had many years of great use of this deck. It's easy to give a 5 star review when everything goes well. The real test is if there is a hiccup and how it is resolved. We had a minor incident which could have become a problem. It was corrected quickly and professionally
My wife and I cannot recommend Precision Decks enough! We first met with Chris last fall, after meeting with several other companies. Chris was personable, very knowledgeable about our options and the process, and came up with ideas we hadn’t even thought of.
