This has been the most frustrating experience in my homebuilding career. I have used Josh on two other jobs and he built and installed high quality cabinets and countertops at a good price. His timelines weren't unreasonable. He could have been a little more prompt but in the end he did not slow me down the way other subcontractors did. I would strongly suggest finding someone else to do your cabinets before you use Josh. He is probably one of the biggest liars I have ever met. He never followed through with anything he promised like he was supposed to be done in October 2023 but he didn’t get done until march 2024. He would never show up on time and when I say he wasn’t on time, he would be 5+ hours late or he flat out wouldn’t show up.
Great guys to work with. You have to wait of you want the best but he is the beat without the wait.
