We recently purchased a home that needed mold remediation and were worried that it would not be possible prior to spring. But Bobby and Precision were responsive, prompt, and amazing to work with. They monitored the weather and worked directly with our insulation contractor to get our work in prior to the holidays. Would 100% recommend them.

My basement flooded for years. After I ripped out the carpet, we determined there was extensive mold damage on the floor and behind walls. Dan E. and Precision cleaned everything up and ventilated the area in a timely manner. I later used a referral from him to install drain tile and they did a wonderful job too. My basement still smells like new 4 years later!

We hired Bobby, and precision to do some crawlspace mold remediation and encapsulation work. They did a great job! I would definitely recommend them for any job.

I lived in my home less than a week and managed to leave the water running in a plugged sink in the top floor. Water leaked to the main floor and all the way to the basement. Bobby came out to assess the damage and was very kind and honest. He assessed where the water had been in the home and determined there was no damage besides a little cosmetic I could easily take care of myself. He could have said there was damage and made thousands off of us. He didn’t charge me a dime. Honest company with honest people.
