After a disappointing installation of a new balcony door where the existing Phantom scree door would not fit, but was installed improperly, I spoke with the owner, Joe Walsh, who said he would come out and make things right. He did! He brought the same crew, pointed out what they did wrong and had them fix everything. Joe even took the Phantom screen door to have it cut down so it would fit. I found Joe Walsh to be professional, easy to work with, and makes sure things are corrected properly.

Horrible service! If you expect to have anything done on time DONT CALL THIS COMPANY! I was told I would receive a free quote on a door and that someone would come in tomorrow to do the estimate. So tomorrow rolls around and no one shows up. No phone call or nothing. The next day someone randomly comes by unannounced to do this estimate. And he tries to tell me that they gotta charge me for the quote. So I complained to their customer service person and the boss called me back and told me to find someone else to do it.
