My husband and I have known Rick Vinyard, III, President of Precision Construction, for the last six years. During that time, his company has done three jobs for us; two renovations and, most recently, helping us with a wooden bedroom floor that was buckling. Precision has done many projects for us, most notably, a bedroom/bathroom addition to our family home, construction of an outdoor kitchen, remodeling the patio, and building an elevated retaining wall in our backyard. Precision was also instrumental in remodeling our daughter's home when she found that it had problems that needed fixing.
