My experience was absolutely terrible with this company. I ordered and was charged, then a half a month later I asked when tracking would be available and at that point Diane Bell pretty much informed me the product had not been manufactured or sent at that point. She told me it would ship within 1-3 business days. After a months time from my original order and me being charged still nothing. Super cool people. Very welcoming. Fantastic service. Took the time to explain what was done and answer questions. Highly recommend.
Bob is the most dedicated suspension tuner I've ever met. I have been racing for a lot of years and used several different companies for suspension work. none work as hard as he does to make it what you need!
