Service was great until after the work is complete. Their installation is not as professional for the amount we paid for and now we are not getting air in the two rooms. Tried calling the contractor and he kept on postponing the appointment. Finally called the company and spoke with Derrick and explained to him the situation and he said he will look into it and get in touch. Found out after the fact that he had sent one of his tech to come out and repair it by taping the installation and charged me a service charge of $133.7... read more
