PCS was provided by Landmark Home Warranty for a hot water heater replacement after their first business contact was denied requested mileage compensation to my distant rural location. The business owner was told to look for additional items/components and suggest/convince the homeowner of the need to replace same, in lieu of any mileage reimbursement. Really great company I was having a problem with one of my fire damper vents. It had closed and my room was constantly freezing at night and they came and fixed it at no cost. 10 star review if I could.
I contracted Dax&his crew to install garage unit heaters in my daughter's new home. I have had many occasions to have HVAC jobs done for me. I can say without hesitation PCS has been the best. They know their stuff. They can find a soluton should the job be a bit "unusual". They are neat while working and in our case, at least, cleaned up well upon completion. I can recommend them without reservation.
