I can't say enough good things about Ben at Precision Comfort (Mechanical)! I had a complicated furnace issue that 2 prior contractors were not able to diagnose. It took multiple visits to fully diagnose and fix the problem. Ben came to my home at least 6 times, never gave up, and stayed committed to getting everything working perfectly. Same day service, very professional, great price! The tech was very personable and we immediately felt comfortable having him in our home. He spent a good amount of time and patience to diagnose our issue and was able to replace the parts same day and get the heat going again! Tech took his time cleaning, repairing, and diagnosing. He never tried to upsell or convince us to do more than was necessary. Very straight forward repair, great price, and would certainly recommend to anyone.
