Ben was great. Immediately diagnosed the issue and fixed it quickly. I highly recommend Ben and Precision Comfort.
Same day service, very professional, great price! The tech was very personable and we immediately felt comfortable having him in our home. He spent a good amount of time and patience to diagnose our issue and was able to replace the parts same day and get the heat going again! Tech took his time cleaning, repairing, and diagnosing. He never tried to upsell or convince us to do more than was necessary. Very straight forward repair, great price, and would certainly recommend to anyone.
Very timely, showed up same day I called, but never supplied quote for further work requested.
