They do it right the first time.
Brought our car there 3 times within the last year and have brought other cars there as far back as 2007. The most recent repair, there was a dispute about insurance payments (over $50 which we had already paid and insurance would not reimburse believing the shop had double-billed), and they refused to reasonably work with us and facilitate resolution with the insurance company.
