Erin was super nice and helpful. she also answered all my questions and made the bad experience end up being less stressful! And my truck looks brand new!
My truck was brought in as a deer hit. I was given an estimate that would be given to my insurance. It was also explained that it could be higher if they found more damage once it was taken apart. Every step of vehicle getting repaired where an incident occurred I was notified by Erin. It was explained to me by Erin along with options for that specific situation. We have not needed a body shop in many, many years, but had damage to two cars. We turned to Jeff and Precision Collision for help. They all were so kind, friendly, and patient with us, who knew nothing about how to handle things. They worked with our insurance adjusters, and the final outcome of the repairs looked awesome!
