Someone ran into my car again at Sam's parking lot. I had used Precision Collision before and I immediately chose them this time. I am definitely super pleased with their service. Car looks wonderful! Service was professional, timely, and they called me, to keep me informed every step of the way. Just picked my car up. I'm amazed; my car is vacuumed and detail cleaned inside. Terrible experience after my truck was damaged by Hurricane Michael. Told to bring it in on a specific date by Tony and told it wouldn't take more than 2-3 weeks. They had it for TWO MONTHS! My insurance covered a rental for 30 days. Precision would not provide me with a loaner or pay for a rental...was without a vehicle for over a month. Also, at the 1 month mark, I found out that they hadn't even started working on my vehicle and parts HAD NOT EVEN BEEN ORDERED. Do yourself a favor and take your vehicle somewhere else.

Family dropped off vehicle two months ago. Desk staff lied through-out process about insurance claims, work done, what was still to be done. Family STILL without vehicle. Owner refuses to respond to calls, or call back. Refuses to help w rental vehicle though it is THEIR fault that vehicle is still not finished. But they insist full amount must still be paid — TWO MONTHS. LIES. NO FOLLOW-UP. Do not take your vehicle here. The new owner does not run a good business.

Precision Collision of Lynn Haven did an absolutely phenomenal job on my car. It looks like brand new. I could not be more pleased. The staff are very welcoming from the minute u walk in the door until you get your vehicle back. I was kept abreast of the status of my car all along. I would highly recommend Precision Collision to anyone looking for quality work. Definitely a 5 Star business.
