Probably a great business but I never heard of them until they called me 3 times out of the blue and kept saying they had missed calls from my number, when I told them several times that I’ve never called their business before and I have no history , the guy was argumentative , take a deep breathe pal
Poor service, they won't pick up your call after getting paid. Make fake promsises and gonna make you visit there place again and again. They don't care about there customers. Worst experience. Big no

I had my vehicle with Basil for 2 years. Took for ever to get completed. While my vehicle was in their possession, my catalytic converter was stolen and the transmission lines were damaged due to the theft. Finally when my vehicle was return I had to replace the transmission because they drove the tranny with out enough fluid and destroyed third gear. In addition to sitting for so long I had to redo the entire brakes. Total cost for repairs on my end was $6700.00. Mind you he did replace the catalytic converter. Worst and mo... read more
