When our furnace stopped working in Exton, we needed help fast. Precision Climate sent Brian out right away. He quickly figured out the issues with our heating system, handled some tricky wiring problems, and made sure everything was safe and working smoothly. After getting quotes from several other companies, I decided to go with this team for my furnace repair. Their price was definitely the best out of everyone I talked to. We had just moved into our home, and the furnace was really old and needed some attention. When our AC stopped working during a hot spell, I called to set up an appointment for repair. The person who answered the phone was friendly, answered all my questions, and was able to get us scheduled for service the very next day, which was a pleasant surprise given how busy things get when it’s hot. We've had Precision Climate help us out twice now, each time when our AC systems stopped working. The first time, our main AC broke down on a Friday, and Brian made sure we got an appointment first thing Monday morning, while other companies told us we'd have to wait until the end of the next week.
