I called Precision Climate Heating & Cooling early in the morning, and Conner arrived at my home in Fort Carson within about an hour. He quickly checked the AC system and found that the freezing compressor issue was actually being caused by a failed blower motor. He also looked into a warranty option to help lower the repair cost, but the furnace was not registered. Even so, he located the needed part nearby and had the heating and cooling system working again later that same day. I would have liked a lower price, but I coul... read more

We had a full home furnace and heating system upgrade installed, including new equipment and several indoor components, and I’m very happy with how it turned out. I picked this team over a few bigger HVAC installers, and the whole furnace repair and replacement process was smooth from start to finish. Their quote was very competitive, and they took extra time early on to plan the best placement for the equipment and vents so the heating system would work efficiently and fit our home well. The crew was polite, professional, a... read more

I received a fair estimate for the AC repair and thermostat work compared to other contractors. I was not sure which thermostat would be best for my cooling system, so Jared let me know the technicians would explain the options clearly. Ernest and Marvin arrived on time, were very professional, and made the whole visit easy to understand. Ernest was very thorough and took time to explain how each thermostat would work with my AC system so I could choose the right one for my home. He also moved the thermostat to a better spot... read more

Our A/C stopped working this morning, and Jared came out to inspect the HVAC system. He quickly found the issue and had the air conditioning running again right away. He clearly explained what was wrong, what repair was completed, and how the system should operate moving forward. He was courteous, efficient, and very professional. We really appreciated the fast response and the quality HVAC service. We also recently moved into our home in Fort Carson, so we had several questions about the furnace, A/C, thermostat, and overal... read more

Jared was great to work with and really knew our heating system well. He was friendly and happy to let me follow along, ask questions, and learn more about furnace and heat pump maintenance. He worked efficiently, kept everything neat, and did an excellent job servicing and cleaning the outdoor unit so the whole heating system runs better. We were very impressed with his attention to detail, the quality of the repair and maintenance work, and how clearly he explained the recommended upkeep. Our first service visit was a very... read more
