I highly advise against working with Precision Chem-Dry. The owner, Juan Perez, came to my home to provide a quote for cleaning the hardwood floors in my living room and kitchen, as well as tile in the mudroom and butler’s pantry. He quoted $838.50, which I accepted. The team arrived the next morning to begin the job.
