I highly advise against working with Precision Chem-Dry. The owner, Juan Perez, came to my home to provide a quote for cleaning the hardwood floors in my living room and kitchen, as well as tile in the mudroom and butler’s pantry. He quoted $838.50, which I accepted. The team arrived the next morning to begin the job. Partway through cleaning the tile, I got a call saying the price would be much higher because they supposedly didn’t expect to clean the entire living room area.
