Really disappointed. They were over an hour late for starters, and when they arrived he told my husband our house had the “most messed up entryway to pull their hose through”. Then he argued with my husband on whether or not we could please move our furniture so the carpet underneath could be cleaned....needless to say, my husband got frustrated and we didn’t end up getting any of the carpet cleaned under our furniture. This company should really grab a dictionary and read the definition of PRECISION. (Maybe they read reviews, so here you all go...Precision --The quality, condition, fact of being exact and accurate) Nothing about this service was exact or accurate. They should change the name to Imprecision. Just by reading their receipt, the word ‘Satisfactory’ is misspelled..That lets the business speak for itself, careless. Greg did a great job cleaning the carpets in our new home! We ended up closing earlier than expected and he was able to get me on the books for a full house carpet cleaning with just 3 day notice! He was very transparent with prices and recommendations based on each room. It was a very reasonable price for 9 rooms, 2 complete sets of stairs, and large landings at the top of each set of stairs. I would reccomend precision carpet cleaning to anyone =)
Please do not use this company! The phone number directs you to this guy name Garrett. He came to my rental home to clean the carpet and was very rude and weird. Job was done in 30 minutes, 6 rooms. No stains removed. And CASH only. Even though the business say cards accepted, he only wanted cash. He then sent 4 threatening text messages to my phone that I still have, stating if I give him a bad review he will have me subpoenaed. And lying on my landlords, which I had to tell him, I'm taking these texts to the Sheriff office... read more
