had an appointment for 12-12:30. didn't show up at all. rescheduled for the next day at 9 am, and they were late to that one too. They also didn't have the necessary equipment to clean our rug where it was. So they did it in the parking lot.

If you want precision timing, go with someone else. We had a 10:30 appointment, and when they were 45 minutes late, we called at 11:15 and was told they would be there at 2:00 pm... they never showed up. When we called at 5:00 pm, Kyle asked if he could call us back. That didn’t happen either.
