Precision was suppose to repair my heating core and brakes. What a disaster my ABS brakes was worst after I got my vehicle back it kept loosing air constantly I could not even drive the vehicle. I told them about it but they refused to help me and stated I was lying. My heater was also worst after there repair I had to take it over to Waltz to have it repaired correctly. Precision patched it up with duct tape and all the Ethylene glycol was leaking back into my vehicle making my grand kids sick and myself. WORST SHOP EVER! g... read more

DAVID CHANDLER ISNT TELLING THE TRUTH HIS WIFE HAD A SYNTH OIL CHANGE AND AND ROTATE AND BALANCE TIRES THIS PART IS TRUE . BUT WOODARD AFTER RESEARCH HAS SAME PRICES ON FULL SYNTH OIL THE TIRE WERE BOUGHT THERE.
Absolutely ridiculous! Sent my wife to have a oil change, tire rotation and balance. Woodard’s tire could not get us in due to them being busy. $170.00 dollars later ( Woodard’s is 75.00) same oil and everything. Don’t waste your money, go somewhere else!
Absolutely horrible business. I will never take anything I own to this place again. I told them there was a roaring noise in the back end of my vehicle and they replaced the FRONT wheel bearings. When they called to say it was ready, the existing noise in the back end was still there and they were $600 richer. I voiced my displeasure to them and then I took my car to another mechanic. Don't waste your time with this business.
I called these guys at 8am. I am new in town and not sure who to trust. I needed front brakes and rotors on my 2011 Ford Focus. They got me in at 9am and did brakes, rotors and rotated tires and I was out before 10pm. It feels like a new car again and at a reasonable price. I recommend them to anyone!!
Got charged $160 for exactly nothing- didn't get told even what was wrong with my vehicle. 2 1/2 hours and it didn't even get diagnosed. Would never ever take even a bicycle there.
