I’m so grateful for the excellent care I received from Dr. Kestanbaum and his team. He really took the time to listen to my concerns and made me feel comfortable and understood. My previous provider, Dr. Salazar, had left, and I was a bit nervous about the change — but Dr. Kestanbaum’s compassionate and thoughtful approach put me at ease. I truly appreciate the care and support he and his team provided!

The doctor was great! His bedside manners, decisive analysis, and quick assessments were spot on. Unfortunately, the staff (and one nurse) were a huge let down. There's a general lack of professionalism and it seemed as if they were all still learning how to do any of their jobs. I was spoken down to twice after a misunderstanding which made me even more confused. When I said something wrong, I was literally yelled "No!" at, and then there was just an awkward silence. If you have workers comp, don't come here. Didn't receive the proper care and wasted a year coming here. Insufficient reports and they take weeks to fill out any paperwork. One doctor told me "time" would be the only thing to heal me. That was over a year ago and I'm still in pain.

I’m not sure if the doctor is aware of this … but the front receptionist is extremely rude …. I had an appointment with doctor atwal … and his front desk receptionist calls me to front and says “ Didn’t I tell tell you we can’t see you “ while throwing her eyes in a room of people … I’m a grown adult to be talked to in that manner … it was a miscommunication because I obviously was booked to see the doctor and it was no need to be talked to like that and I didn’t even look at the reviews but I’m obviously not the only one wh... read more

Rude staff. Huge HIPPA violation having a person on an iPad doing intake having you tell what medicines your taking so the whole practice can hear, CVS lost a suit where they said medicines out loud because of this. I can hear the whole intake of the person in the room next to me. That isn’t safe environment and is a violation of patient rights.
