Mike Driscoll was brought in by Portage Mutual Insurance to solve a problem when a seemingly routine request to level a toilet led to the plumber saying the floor was rotted and had to be ripped up. Flooring companies and restoration companies agreed. Mike and Portage came in with an endoscpic camera, thermography, mositure meters, etc., showed me what they were seeing and reassured me that the floor did not need to be ripped up: there was no danger of old damage spreading to the joists. I am so grateful.

Ok, where to start. To say this experience was beyond expectations is an understatement. First off, our home was damaged by hail, and required roof, siding, windows, new garage overhead door, gutters etc. Shawn Dywer was our project manager. He set up all trades, and was the contact person for everything. The trades were beyond awesome. He used Western Windows, Ultralite doors, Marty the siding guy, and Brian the ghost roofing guy. We used Precision Builders Ltd to repair the basement for an insurance claim. The assessment of the cause and extent of damage was thorough, and the repair work was complete - better than before the damage. Each person that we spoke with or tradesperson on site was knowledgeable and professional, the communication was timely and the entire process was managed well. We were very pleased with the project and work and highly recommend.
