I have worked with the owner on several occasions. He has given me accurate advice on my current home. I walked through the houses he built prior to contacting him. What he has built have impressed me (not including his parade homes) vs big name companies that won't even cut a v45 on casing. The quality of materials and workmanship that goes in exceeds what you get from other builders.

We hired this company to do some work on our house. The guy in charge was very rude throughout the time spent dealing with him. Made us feel like idiots. He assured us the job would be done by a certain date and it wasn’t done until weeks later. Poor communication, poor customer service and over-promising and under delivery is why I gave them 1star. By the way, the only 5 star review on here was done by a lady with the same last name as the rude guy we dealt with. Take that for what its worth.
Precision Builders have built two homes for me and my family. Each time they have exceeded my exceptions. They took the time to help make the process enjoyable, and still keeping a close eye on my budget. I recommend them to anyone who asks for a builder.
