My GP had referred to a wrong diagnostic test. When I just realized and told the specialist about it, he just ignored and carried on with the useless test. Cost me 490! Also, they refused to let me in until just 5 min before my appointment, disrespectful!
Will never go back to this doctor. Dr Ghaly refused to listen to me about my headaches and migraines and was only interested in telling me to medicate myself despite telling him multiple times that there is something wrong with my neck. He was not happy when I refused medication. I basically had to beg for an MRI of my neck to find out today after paying $600 for an MRI that he only requested brain because ‘he doesn’t believe in Cervicogenic Headaches’. I received a notification today asking me to change my star rating of this provider to reflect my comments, but Instead I have changed my comments to reflect my full experience of this provider. I have not been a patient of the service for 3 or 4 years now. My initial experience was exceptional. however it did not end that way. The staff are friendly and the centre 'looks' very modern and well appointed but there is a secret lurking below the surface or should I say "above" the centre. The roof on this clinic is damaged and water apparently enters in through the many places where the so-called 'roofers' have been working. The air-conditioning system hasn't been working for a long time and, with summer coming, this is going to impact clients, staff and anyone who visits the site.
