Gavin weeks is an absolute joke. 6 weeks between appointments and then he is sick with no notification whatsoever. I managed to get another appointment to which I was 7 minutes late due to car overheating and Gavin weeks refused to see me
If I could leave a 0 I would. Extremely unprofessional, location dandenong. My mum had a telephone appointment booked in for the 20th November. She had to pay the day before for the consultation $360. Her appointment was booked in for 10.15. She didn't receive a call waited 30mins and nothing. So she went to the bathroom. The doctor called at 10.49 and my mum didn't answer as she was still in the bathroom. They are now trying to charge her $100 cancellation fee and are not returning our calls or emails. One of the rudest and most condescending people I have ever met. I was instantly judged the moment he called my name, I knew it was already off to a bad start. Dr Hazem Akil assumed why I was there and that I was there to deceive. He instantly told me he won’t perform surgery, I told him I didn’t ask for surgery. He said “you probably haven’t even seen a surgeon, no you haven’t” I said yes I have, he said “who then” and I gave him multiple names of surgeons he knew, and I brought my reports with me to clear everything up.
