I got charged a cancellation fee for being booked under the incorrect specialist which was at the error of the triage/consultation team. I emailed them Friday night, called on Monday and was advised that the cancellation fee was waived. Called back a short time after to book an appointment with the correct specialist and was advised I needed to pay the fee before progressing further. I took my husband to Dr. Gavin Weekes after years of dealing with severe lower and upper back pain. From the first appointment, Dr. Gavin was different. He listened, understood, and actually cared. No rushing, no dismissive attitude — just genuine support. Dr Shankar Ramaswamy is possibly the worst clinician I’ve ever met in my life. He doesn’t care about patient at all! Horrible experience with this clinic, waste of time and money!
Saw Dr. Ali K Mehr in July 2024 for an initial consult and Vicroads assessment but he never completed the assessment, been chasing them for two weeks now in March/April 2025 when I found out that Vicroads has suspended my drivers licence bcz Precision never submit the report to Vicroads. No answer from precision for 2 weeks now. 9 months since my initial consultation.
Had my appointment moved and wasn’t called or communicated about. Dr Gavin was the rudest, most insincere person I have ever met, let alone a medical professional. Spent over $400 for a ten minute appointment. So, so incredibly disappointed and sad.
