I got charged a cancellation fee for being booked under the incorrect specialist which was at the error of the triage/consultation team. I emailed them Friday night, called on Monday and was advised that the cancellation fee was waived. Called back a short time after to book an appointment with the correct specialist and was advised I needed to pay the fee before progressing further.
