Waited one and a half hours no water or services no contact to say running behind or anything cost 300 hundred dollars to get to a shit show I left totally in pain and out of pocket can’t believe Richard bitter would allow such treatment of long term patients
Unfortunately not a centre I would recommend. I attended an appointment with my mother and when we arrived we were greeted with horrible service and lack of care from the receptionist. The clinic had booked my mother’s appointment wrong but flipped it and tried to make my mother believe it was on her WorkCover who booked it incorrect/ gave the wrong details to her, even though we showed email confirmation of all the location, time, specialist and whatever else they asked for that we had been forward. 1/5 Extremely disappointing experience. We attended expecting to see a pain specialist who had actually reviewed the referral and medical history beforehand. Instead, we spent around 30 minutes explaining information that was already available on the computer in front of him. It was incredibly frustrating to realise that we had gone through the effort of getting referrals, providing medical history and attending a specialist appointment, only to feel completely unprepared for and unheard. Symon Mccallum was excellent at making me feel very dismissed. Due to his referal for a 10 week online pain managment program which i was not suited for as i cant do prolonged activity or sitting and since injury have come to not trust or like humans unless i already know and trust ( program running 10 weeks 2 days in a row for 6 hours a day in a group setting).I Also lost only treatment was recieving on lower back pain/ chronic pain syndrome with my physio as insurer from workcover claims that any treatment i was recieving ... read more
