I waited 2 months to see dr richard sullivan. I was really convinced that this could be the guy that helps me eleviate this pain. I went in there with everything written down about the condition and what meds worked and didnt work etc. He Told me he would write a authority script and a normal script with what was working. He wrote them dowb on a script then rushed me out the door. Before i knew what was going on a was 400 bucks down and he didny even prescribe the medicstion that i said was helping. I had my appointment moved and wasn’t called or communicated about. Dr Gavin was the rudest, most insincere person I have ever met, let alone a medical professional. Spent over $400 for a ten minute appointment. So, so incredibly disappointed and sad.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE - incorrect referral, do not go here. After seeing Dr Jeena Kim on two separate occasions for my lower back pain, I am now extremely concerned that I have been referred for a procedure in the incorrect location. After the procedure was conducted nowhere near the location of my actual pain, I have experienced no relief at all. Beaware of this practice, they look professional and will treat you nice at the start, slowly you will realise all they are after is money and using you as a guinea pig to test procedures on you with no benefit to your health, I was spoken to in the most disrespectful angry way by Joanna and especially Erica over the phone. Dr Gavin weeks, was incredible. He listened to everything i had to say. Asked me so many questions and analysed me and assessed me thoroughly and has made plans to help me with my ongoing chronic pain. The best pain specialist i have seen so far and i have seen 3 all together who just wanted a pay check and couldnt care less about their patients. Highly recommend precision Brain Spine and pain
