What a comlpete waste of time and money, went there saw some guy Dr.Mohammed Awad, with chronic pain as referred by my GP, zero help or guidance,,they should refund my money.NOW THEY HAVE REPLIED TO THIS WITH REVIEW ..I SAW ANOTHER SPECIALIST CALLED JIN TEE WHO SENT ME FOR SPECT CT AND MYLOGRAM WHICH FOUND I HAD DISCOPATHY AND ARTHROPATHY,,,Dr.Awad said pain NOT coming from my spine,,,WRONG

After months of being misdiagnosed and almost giving up on becoming better, I was referred to Dr. Sheard. He pretty much knew instantly when he saw the way I walked what was wrong with me and sent me off for the correct Scans. The way he made me feel heard and looked after I cannot explain. Once my MRIs were done, he organised my surgery and has kept in contact ever since to check on me and my recovery. Dr Greg was very thorough understanding and caring. Definitely recommend seeing him. This review is base on experience with relevant staff responsible for getting referrals out to patients. Don’t understand the delay. As a patient needing pain management and core issue answers. I was having to make numerous phone calls for a treatment plan referral with nothing but empty promises Absolute worst experience I have ever had Quick to take payments prior to appointments.
Ok so I have a good experience with this place, it can take time to get an appointment but once you are in the system it is pretty quick to get an appointment, As for injuries depending on what your injury is sometimes you may not get the outcome you expect, many of us come to a pain specialist as we have a high level of pain hence why it cannot be magically takin away in many cases but you may have a very good outcome and have no pain at all if your injections or procedure does what it is intended to do, Life can be hard so... read more
