I was in a little fender bender back in August of 2024 & took my truck to Precision. They did a phenomenal job on repairs & even better on customer service! Tootie is the head shop man at the Genoa location & shortly after I got my truck back, I started hearing weird noises. For just over a year, I had to take my truck back several times & not a single time did they complain about it & Tootie racked his brain to figure the issue out. I just wanted to take time to write a review on how friendly the entire staff was at this location. I was super nervous about being without my car for a while but they got my car in and out in less than two weeks. Thank you to the hard working staff here! I would definitely recommend to friends and family.
Someone spray painted my car and they gave me advice on how to remove it for free and saved me $300+ im so grateful 🥲
