Derek is the only one we take our BMW to. Incredibly responsive! We have been going to him for years. Recently we had a sensor alert come up. Not only was he able to diagnose the issue, he went the extra mile to assure this was the exact culprit, and came up with a way to assure this wouldn’t happen again. Honest and fair! Anyone owning a BMW knows the run around you get elsewhere. Thank you Derek for always taking care of us!
