Tried reaching out to him and he gave me a day and time when he would come out. He didn’t show so I sent him a message to which I received a response 3 days later saying he was busy which I understand, but he then continued to not respond whatsoever and it’s been about 3 weeks now. I would be fine if he just said he has no availability but the fact that he tried setting a day and time and didn’t reach back out whatsoever is the reason I’m giving a 1 star.
The service on my 2005 Electra Glide was exceptional. They are friendly and very knowledgeable on every Harley Davidson we discussed. I recommend giving them a call the next time you need a service or to upgrade your equipment. You won’t be sorry.
I called last week about my motorcycle which won’t turn over when starting. I spoke to someone who said he could do house calls and that he could come out Friday 19 June (today). I never received a text on Wednesday and of course he never showed up today. This is very disappointing and poor service.
Couldn’t be happier with the work JJ has done for me. This bike has been a project through a few different shops and plenty of looking for a competent thunder maxx tuner. JJ has my SnS 124 running like it should have the three shops before. Looking forward to the next tune to get the Max performance out of this motor.
Outstanding work. Has dome my headlights upgrade, stage 3, etc. They are my go to for performance and after market work
