I had my car rear-ended last year and took it to a Tesla-approved repairer, expecting a higher standard than a typical panel beater—but it turned into a nightmare. There were multiple defects when I picked the car up, and I had to leave it there again for further repairs. Recently, I was rear-ended again and decided to bring my car to this team instead. Was going to have my car repaired here via insurance, staff were nice and service, however no courtesy cars available only rent a car, I’m a customer why would I pay $85 a day for a car to use while having mine repaired, ended up somewhere else instead, just saw on a previous reviews they do courtesy cars??😞either u do or don’t

As an authorised Tesla repair centre, they do a MUCH better job than Tesla's own South Auckland garage. Not only were they quicker to take the car, but had great service all around and the staff were amazing.

Precision AutoWerks was recommended to me as "the only option". Big shoutout to Sean who was very understanding and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. The team went above and beyond multiple times - Flexibility, timeframes, scope of work, communication, and the tidy condition my car was returned to me in. Can confidently recommend them.
