This review is way overdue but it is never too late to share a story about great service! My daughter took her car to Precision Automotive because it is our favorite automotive shop. Her back windshield wiper was not working. They looked at it, tightened up the screw, and all was well. They didn't charge my daughter for their time or services and they definitely could have. We trust Precision for all our automotive concerns and always highly receommend them. Thanks so much for your professionalism and always taking care of u... read more
Great experience. There wasn't any BS or trying to upsell unnecessary repairs like I've experienced in the past, everything was very upfront and the employees are communicative. Highly recommend for both the great service and reasonable prices.
We had 3 cars go out all at once. I kid you not. My car, my husband’s car and a loaner van from my brother. My husband’s car is a hybrid, so he took it elsewhere. Precision Auto took the other two and got them fixed quickly and expertly. I had had a dealership look at my car and they had said it would cost $1900. They are either incompetent or tried to cheat us. Precision repaired it for $350. Huge savings! They have restored my faith in auto repair work. Highly recommend!
I really appreciated how thorough Precision was in diagnosing my AC issue. It was great to have an explanation of what was going on, and the pricing for this repair was better than I expected.
