We had 3 cars go out all at once. I kid you not. My car, my husband’s car and a loaner van from my brother. My husband’s car is a hybrid, so he took it elsewhere. Precision Auto took the other two and got them fixed quickly and expertly. I had had a dealership look at my car and they had said it would cost $1900. They are either incompetent or tried to cheat us. Precision repaired it for $350. Huge savings! They have restored my faith in auto repair work. Highly recommend!

I really appreciated how thorough Precision was in diagnosing my AC issue. It was great to have an explanation of what was going on, and the pricing for this repair was better than I expected.

We were traveling back to MN after spending the winter in AZ. We camped outside of Manhatten KS Friday and planned to leave on Monday morning. On Sunday our F250 had a miss in the engine. We called Precision Automotive immediately Monday morning. They got us into the shop at 9:00 that morning, fixed the problem at a very reasonable price and we were back at the campground, hooked up and on the road by noon. Very efficient and professional service. We can't thank and praise both the owner and the mechanic enough!!

I took my vehicle to precision after another company told me I needed over $1000 in brake repairs. They assessed the vehicle and determined none of that work needed to be done and simply charged me for an hour of labor. They saved me so much money and showed me they’re an honest company. We will definitely be taking all of our family cars here going forward!!

Phenomenal service. We drove a vehicle to Manhattan from St. Louis and needed same day service to get back on the road and they were able to accommodate our needs. They serviced our vehicle, were very friendly and I felt at ease knowing my freshman at K State has reliable people to use if she needs something since she is more than 5 hours from home.
