Best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. I live in Frederick County but drove down to Gaithersburg because Doug had come so highly recommended and it was well worth the drive. They diagnosed the issue from another auto glass installer’s bad workmanship and fixed it on the spot.

A rock kicked up by a truck on I-495 cracked the windshield of my 2022 Subaru Outback. I was fortunate to work with Doug at Precision Auto Glass who worked with the Service department at Fitzgerald Subaru in Rockville to order the part, arrange the repair, and recalibrate my navigation system. He was personable, professional, and efficient; I couldn't have hoped for better service
Great work. We had the misfortune of breaking both of our windshields within a week and Doug was great. Easy to get a hold of and communicate. Stands by their work. Very reasonable, did all of the insurance paperwork. Would definitely hire again.
