We've always been happy with Precisions quality work and fair pricing. They've never tried to over charge us or do work that wasn't necessary. The labor rate is excellent and affordable for the quality of work done. I highly recommend. (No longer known as Precision Automotive; it's now May Automotive)
My daughter brought her car in because it was overheating. They charged her over $200 and replaced the thermostat. The very next day it was overheating. She took it back and was told it could be a head gasket, engine and would cost her over $3000 so we took the car back. We had a different auto shop look at it only to find out the thermostat was put in backwards. Will never go back there again or recommend anyone else to go there.
Really knowledgeable and friendly to work with
Used to live in Kalamazoo and this place was the real deal. Worked with me when I didn’t have much money to spend on my car. From that point on they earned my trust with every job they did. Thanks!
