Possibly the worse automotive show I have ever had to deal with. Extremely poor workmanship, poor customer service, they skate around any warranty work even when they caused vehicle damage directly. Treat customers like a piece of meat and only care about making money. By far the worst auto shop in Gunnison and possibly all of Colorado. You can also read the reviews below. In the negative reviews you can clearly see them blaming the customer or an employee instead of taking responsibility for their actions.

RecommendedAlternator went out while I was on vacation. From the moment the appointment was made to when I was back on the road was 55hrs. That’s pretty good considering most places are booked a week out. Overall I had a great experience!

I dropped my truck off at 0800 on a Thursday 2 July to have checked for overheating. It was determined I needed a thermostat and a radiator cap. I was told it was not available in Gunnison and that it would have to come from Denver and would not be there until Monday 6 July. I specifically asked if they checked NAPA for the parts and they said they did and they didn't have them. It is always our goal to deliver the best service possible and unfortunately the situation with the parts caused us to not be able to deliver on that goal. We access our part via electronic ordering and the part did not show to be available but likely was restocked on the Friday before the Holiday. We were closed on that day. Sorry for the extra time you had to spend in Gunnison.

Worst experience with a mechanic. They pulled my starter without asking. Something I have done on that car before. I asked them to replace a pvc valve and they stuck a bolt up the hose and shoved a quark where the valve is supposed to go. Scammers and scum bags. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
