Incompetence. The work that was performed was inadequate, i requested more information on what torque specs was used, what torque pattern was used, and if there was a gasket replaced at the time of dismantling and reinstalling the intake. Recieved no additional information, I did get the bill and a vehicle that still was not fixed. I requested a itemized parts list to be provided i got a smart reply due to the fact they knew I was out of town and nowhere close to be able to pick it up myself. We were pleasantly surprised by the awesome fast service. We needed a tire patch and were extremely happy with the affordable price, fast and friendly service. Thank you Spencer! We will be back for oil change and hopefully a full size spare for future tire emergencies.
Showed up at 8:00 am when they opened they got me right in. Fixed repaired tire very fast and efficient amazing work thanks guys.
