Precision Auto Body is awesome! I highly recommend them. Everyone was extremely polite, professional, and easy to communicate with. They always kept me updated on what was going on with my vehicle and truly went above and beyond to get me back on the road. I greatly appreciate everything they did, and I won’t use anyone else in the future!
Owner Dale along with Charlie are just awesome to work with. They helped me navigate thru insurance claims and advised me to ensure they maximized the claim utilization to get my scratched up car looking brand new. Highly recommended them!
my insurance has paid them for repair they have yet to reach out to me to schedule.. my insurance reach out to them to get the money back so i could go somewhere else. they have yet to respond
So 6 month ago I left a review for precision autobody and it was not in their favor. After further research I found out that precision and I were being lied to by State Farm insurance. Bottom line i would like to apologize to the employees and owners at Precision autobody. Please be careful with these auto insurance companies. Ask all and any questions you can think of . My lack of knowledge in the situation caused me to not even get my totaled vehicle paid off and the wreck was state farms clients fault.
Be careful dealing with these people. They promised me they were "taking care or me." " nothing will come out of pocket." Not only did they massively over charge for services they didn't even do they lied to the insurance company about the tow truck charges so severely that the insurance company wouldn't even pay off my totaled vehicle when I should have had it paid off and enough for a down payment on a new one. Crooked!
