First time using this shop, my passenger seat belt had stopped working and needed to be replaced. They quoted slightly less $$ than the dealer and could get the part in 1/3 of the time. Once part was in, they squeezed me in the next day, and the job was complete in an hour and a half. Despite the fact that I was ready to pay their original quote they also reduced the fee by 35% to save me even more money. I will use them again in the future! Thank you for such good service! Seat belt working fine, now!
Precision auto really came through and helped! They handled the third party warranty for me and fixed my car. They are always up beat, easy to talk to and very helpful. They do quality work! They really do.
The guys are all great. The youngest son is so personable and so understanding.
UPDATE: I called to bring my vehicle in. Woman on the phone is so rude and pushy. I had the diagnostic code what the issue was. I asked if she could give me a ballpark figure as to how much it would be. NO! Can’t give any info until they run a diagnostic for $179. Ok, then how much is a brake job? Or an oil change? No way of knowing until the tech is in there and looks. Another fee. So basically you can’t give any info without a appointment to charge a diagnostic fee. CORRECT! Came in thinking my 4 wheel drive transfer or selected was bad due to the sounds being made. Turns out it was just a loose heat shield. Very fast work. They got it fixed up free of charge. Will recommend this place to anyone. Fast, friendly, and was able to see me the same day I called. Top notch service. Not to mention the beautiful cars they have their the show room. Check them out you won't be disappointed!!!
