I highly recommend anyone needing auto work go to somewhere OTHER than Precision. I was caught in a 'bait and switch' scam by the shop manager Robert. When I questioned him on it, he threatened not to allow my truck out of his facility, unless I paid him storage fees, and a $150 'administrative fee' that he admitted was made up- but, as he said - he can charge me what he likes. He then required I drive to Broomfield to pay the bogus charges in cash- as, he said - 'he didn't want me to control the narrative'. An absolute frau... read more
