This CHOP SHOP damaged my truck by removing the factory installed AND REUSABLE gasket from the rear differential, they squirted a lot of silicone instead of using the gasket that was there already,and reusable. They REMOVED the gasket completely and the silicone they squirted into the differential, leaked out along with the differential fluid. Caused me $3000 repair bill along with the coolant burst. They used wrong coolant. This place is A FRAUD!!!
I was told the shop wasn't busy. I drove all the way over there only to find cars lined up everywhere. It was a puzzle and maze to get in and out. I was told for the assessment fee I would a bumper to bumper evaluation. I received only 1 price quote for ac check and none of the other issues were ever reviewed or discussed. I had to call several times and leave messages just to get that call back about a quote that I was told I would receive by the end of the business day.
