Terrible customer service. I stopped by at 1:30 PM because Google says they’re open, only to find three people just hanging out and chatting. They were totally dismissive and told me to come back an hour later because they were on a break. If you’re going to take a lunch break, update your hours and stop wasting people's time. Zero professionalism.
Brought my Lexus is200t in for an alternator replacement and had a fantastic experience. The diagnostic process was incredibly detailed and methodical—he even sent me photos and video footage of the issue so I could see exactly what was going on. Honest, thorough, and highly recommend
