True mechanics & service, & it is very easy to say that as per any shop/anyone, but I mean this a million times over for the people at Precision auto. They quickly diagnosed the issue with my car on an impromptu stop on them, about an hr/half right before they closed, was able to grab the parts that week, & they fit me in right before the busy'ness off the first week of June & took care of it in an actual timely manner. We've done business with them in the past when they used to be up on Rt 196, no complains. Brought in a vehicle which engine shutdown, told us roughly cost can be upwards of $3500. We decided it was not worth it, and they immediately put pressure on us to remove the car from their premises or they'd start charging $95 per day of "storage fee". Precision Auto is amazing. The staff there not only works extremely hard, they are very diligent and professional. I never been to a mechanic shop that not only cares about your car as if it’s their own but also explains everything so it’s understandable and ensures your comfort as a customer. I recommend this shop to everyone. I live two hours away and still bring my car here. Thank you guys so much for all of your dedication.
Honest, quick and fair. Came up with my family for the weekend, had a major issue and was made to feel right at home. Had my car back right away. Wonderfully friendly people and completely transparent.
