This place was fast, efficient and affordable. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and advised only on the service that was absolutely necessary. I would recommend and will be going back.
Took them two weeks to replace serpentine belt and ac compressor. After I got my car back. One of my climate vents was completely destroyed and both of my car chargers don't work.
True mechanics & service, & it is very easy to say that as per any shop/anyone, but I mean this a million times over for the people at Precision auto. They quickly diagnosed the issue with my car on an impromptu stop on them, about an hr/half right before they closed, was able to grab the parts that week, & they fit me in right before the busy'ness off the first week of June & took care of it in an actual timely manner. We've done business with them in the past when they used to be up on Rt 196, no complains. Brought in a vehicle which engine shutdown, told us roughly cost can be upwards of $3500. We decided it was not worth it, and they immediately put pressure on us to remove the car from their premises or they'd start charging $95 per day of "storage fee".
