Jack fit me in for a Rego check. He was efficient and gave me a rundown of other things that weren't working whilst making recommendations to help save me money. Helped point me in the right direction!!
To anyone out there looking for a quality mechanic look no further than Precision Auto Repairs. Jack is just amazing, his customer service is second to none and the quality of his work is astounding. Not only that, his prices are extremely fair and is always upfront about what needs to be done and even then he goes above and beyond to make you feel like your car has been treated like his own. I took my car to Jack at Precision Auto Repairs for a long-overdue service, about 7,000 km overdue, and I couldn’t be happier with the result. The team was efficient, upfront about everything, and their pricing was very reasonable. I'm not happy that Jack agreed on a cica 1000$ quote to repair water pump and later increase the price to 1700$. This is when the water pump is taken out and of course customer has no way to say no and drive away. I also had no way to tell whose fault snapped bolts is. The bolts in my car are not supposed to be reusable and needs to be replaced as standard procedure. (I have engineering background).
