Steve is a great mechanic, and runs a very professional operation. Goes above and beyond; he is always available when needed. On one occasion, he anticipated my 2015 Q5 would be coming into some real trouble and told me to sell it, which effectively costs him a customer (car) in the short term, for the benefit of preserving a long term relationship. This is only one example of the type vendor that no longer exists in our selfish world. A+ experience.
