The receptionist is funny which eases the stress of dealing with car woes. And the mechanic was willing to explain all the steps of the work they did. Overall great service. Much appreciated
I had a stuck oil filter that I tried everything to remove but had no success. I called several other places, and none of them could help. But when I contacted Precision Auto Repair, they were incredibly empathetic and told me to bring the car in. Within just 30 minutes, they removed the filter and completed the oil change. The staff was great, and the receptionist was especially kind and welcoming. Highly recommend!
