They took care of business and got my other half's car done quick as soon as they got the part needed.
No more, the arrogance of the staff is not wanted or needed. If a company doesn’t want to answer the phone during lunch then have an answering machine and when it is during normal working hours at least answer the phone.
I just want to say how awesome Precision Auto Repair is. I opened my sun roof on my way to work and then it wouldn't close. Since I drive by the dealer where I bought it, I stopped there and the service manager told me "maybe' they could take care of it next week but I should go someplace else. I went into the showroom and told the manager that I was never going to buy a car there again (we bought our last two cars there) because I was told to go someplace else and I was gone. This is a very rude place to take your vehicle they do not know what they're doing I took it took a vehicle to him to have it diagnosed. They diagnosed the fuel pump I had a new fuel pump installed it was incorrect diagnosis still had the same problem took it back to them after scheduling out for about 2 weeks to get back in for a for them to fix the diagnosis and Chase become irate he runs the desk up there and said well you just need to come get your vehicle because it takes a long time for us to diagnose the vehicle was v... read more
