Very bad customer service they can’t even speak they sound drunk and then there keep calling my phone and leaving threatening messages
They told me I need new brakes 2 months after installing new brakes.
AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST.
Great customer service!! within minutes of arriving and explaining the concerns I had with my car it was taken out to drive and the quote was sent to me within the hour and work began immediately! And was ready in days!! It was a pleasure to interact with Tony such great energy, being the early bird that I am it is rare for me to encounter great moods at an early time needless to say very refreshing not to mention my car is running smoother then it did off the lot. 100% recommend !
This is the best auto repair I've been to, and I've been to a few-- Precision Auto Repairs on E Main St Stamford replaced the front axel and CV boots, and replaced the universal drive shaft of my car. At first, I brought my car just for brake replacement, but they did extra inspection and found other significant issues. Chris and the mechanics are fantastic -- truly knowledgeable, experience and dedicated, careful and paying attention to details.
