So this company is one of those bait and switch companies by far on Groupon. Don't buy the Groupon and don't come here. Why? I will be reporting them to BBB. They Put a defective part on my car and let me drive off with children in my car. I dont trust them to even put oil in my vehicle.
I don't write reviews so you can assume I'm pissed. I feel betrayed and cheated. Purchased a battery 5 months ago that had a fantastic warranty.....now I'm told they wont honor the warranty and I'm pretty much sol holding this faulty battery paper weight.

Spent 3 hours in waiting room, while there observed pattern of questionable "upsales", mostly to older ladies. Technicians are great, know there stuff and I believe care about customer, but watch out for unnecessary upsales and obscenely high markup on parts. It was my first and last visit.
These people never have to worry about me again!!! I called this morning inquiring about a state inspection to see if they do them or not and the guy that answered had a smart mouth, rude, nasty, and I felt like I was being rushed off the phone. This was my first time hearing about this place so of course Imma have questions and second I want my car inspected so I can avoid tickets. I worked in customer service for 10 plus years and people don't realize the way you treat people determine whether a person comes to do business... read more
