Unfortunately I cannot recommend this business to anyone. My experience was not good, and I would give zero stars if that were an option. Additionally I will be leaving specific names out, as it seems a bit unprofessional seeing as how this is a business review. I dropped my vehicle off Tue Feb 18th for an oil change, tire rotation, and spark plugs. Coming from out of state (RI) with failing brakes, we were at the mercy of anyone who could replace them. My husband called Precision Auto and he got a quick appointment. David worked his magic and within 2 hrs, we were back on the road! Thank you Andre and David, Elys honest and reasonable "dream team" in auto repair! Integrity matters!
Axle bearing wore off my wheel came off my 40’ gooseneck they got me worked on and back on the road after 2 days mechanic is a great worker 💪
