With a strong mechanical background, Automotive Repair Master Certification, and a whole lot of drive he took a chance and opened a small Auto Service Center and Auto Repair Shop in West Springfield, MA. The shop is named Precision Auto Repair and back then it was located on Bosworth Street in West Springfield, MA. A wonderful experience I used to go to the dealer for all my service and repairs. I met James through a friend and started going to Precision about 5 years ago. I go there for all of my maintenance and repairs. The process is always fast, painless, and fair. I send all my friends and family there. I would recommend you try them out for yourself
Truly the best I had my 2004 Audi service at Precision after using the dealer for years. I find at Precision they get me right in without making me feel like they're "doing me a favor", the employees are nice, the shop and lobby are clean, the price is more than reasonable, the location is extremely convenient, and they fix my vehicle properly the first time. I really can't say enough good about them. Check them out for yourself
Honest, Professional, Quality!!!! I've been coming to you guys for about two years now. You're always there when I need you and you've never let me down. It's tough finding a good mechanic and I've found the best at Precision..... and your radio show rocks!!!!
